According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Hainan Huayuan Energy Trading Co., Ltd. was established, with Liang Jiahui as the legal representative. Its business scope includes sales of coal and related products, sales of metal products, sales of metal materials, sales of non-ferrous metal alloys, etc. According to equity penetration displayed by Qi Cha Cha, the company is wholly owned by Foran Energy.
