Focusing on streamlining processes, saving time, and reducing costs, we continuously reduced the time for business registration, promoted online registration for the entire process. We promoted the efficient completion of tasks such as opening restaurants, changing company information, company relocation registration, and "individual to company" conversion as one task. The time required to open a restaurant was reduced from 37 days to 15 days, and the documents required for changing company information were simplified from 23 to 6. We expanded the use of electronic business licenses, with 370 million downloads and over 6 billion uses, effectively facilitating business and entrepreneurship for companies and the public. We issued and implemented the "Administrative Licensing Matters Implementation Norms in the Market Regulation Field," promoting standardization, regulation, and convenience for administrative licensing. We authorized 11 provinces and cities including Beijing to carry out the registration management of business names without administrative divisions, effectively improving the efficiency of business registration.
