DaZhong Mining: The mining license for the lithium mine in Hunan is being processed normally by the Ministry of Natural Resources.

During the reception and research, Dazhong Mining stated that the reserve evaluation and filing of resources in Hunan and Sichuan lithium mines, as well as the development and utilization plan and two-in-one plan of the Hunan project, have all been approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and the procedures are compliant. Currently, the mining license for the lithium mine in Hunan is being processed in the Ministry of Natural Resources. It is reported that Dazhong Mining plans to complete the construction and production of the first phase of the 20,000-ton mining and metallurgy project in the Hunan lithium mine in 2026, and has already achieved by-product mineral income in the first half of 2025; the by-product ore output and sales of the Sichuan lithium mine will be realized this year, contributing new profit growth points for the company.
