Heilongjiang Meteorological Bureau issued a red alert for heavy rain at 7:30 on August 22, 2025: Shangzhi Chonghe station and Hailin Erlanghe station have recorded 50-60 mm of precipitation in the past hour, and precipitation is expected to continue. The total precipitation in the above areas and surrounding townships in the next 3 hours is forecasted to exceed 100 mm. Please take precautions.
