On August 21st local time, Colombia's President Ivan Duque condemned the two bombing incidents near the air force base in Cali as terrorist retaliation actions initiated by the drug trafficking group "Commissioner of Drugs". The attacks have resulted in 2 deaths and multiple injuries.
