The yield on 2/10-year German bonds has increased by about 4 basis points.
At the close of the European market on Thursday, the yield on German 10-year government bonds rose by 4.0 basis points to 2.757%, continuing to fluctuate upwards throughout the day, trading in the range of 2.706% to 2.763%. The release of French PMI data at 15:15 Beijing time significantly boosted the yield, but it retraced some of the gains after the release of Eurozone PMI data at 16:00. The yield on 2-year German bonds rose by 3.9 basis points to 1.972%, trading in the range of 1.929% to 1.981% during the day; while the yield on 30-year German bonds rose by 3.3 basis points to 3.327%. The yield spread between 2-year and 10-year German bonds remained roughly unchanged at +78.295 basis points.
