Dongbei Group: plans to repurchase company shares worth 40-80 million yuan.

Dongbei Group announced that the company intends to repurchase some of its RMB ordinary shares through centralized bidding trading, with a total repurchase amount of no less than 40 million yuan and no more than 80 million yuan. The repurchase price will not exceed 10.37 yuan per share. The source of the repurchase funds is a special loan for repurchases.
