Wisdom Finance APP News, Yishideng Holdings (01656) announced that the company plans to acquire 25,500 ordinary shares of PT Funda Konstruksi Engineering (PT Funda) at a price of 100 million Indonesian Rupiah per share. This means acquiring a 51% stake in PT Funda with a total transaction value of 2.55 billion Indonesian Rupiah (approximately 200 million Singapore dollars).
