LianLian Numbers: Fully-owned subsidiary LianLian Planet obtained a third-class license.

Lianlian Numerical Bulletin, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lianlian Planet Limited, has obtained a Type 3 license issued by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. The Type 3 license authorizes Lianlian Planet to conduct Type 3 regulated activities in Hong Kong under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
