In accordance with relevant regulations such as the "Disciplinary Regulations of the Communist Party of China", the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China", and the "Administrative Punishment Law for Public Servants of the People's Republic of China", after the deliberation and approval of the Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, it will be decided to expel Sui Lianyou from the party; Heilongjiang Provincial Supervision Commission will give him the administrative punishment of dismissal from public office; confiscate the illegal gains obtained by him; refer the suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution, and transfer all related assets.
