ST Kelly announcement that Yongjin Investment Holdings Co., Ltd.'s tender offer to acquire the company's shares has been completed. As of August 15, 2025, a total of 26 accounts accepted the offer, with a total of 83,297 shares being acquired. The tender offer price was 5.18 yuan per share, with a total of 71.7013 million shares being acquired, accounting for 10% of the company's total share capital. After the completion of the tender offer, Yongjin Investment holds 50.1833 million shares of the company, accounting for 6.9989% of the total share capital. This tender offer is not aimed at terminating the company's listing status, and the equity distribution of the listed company still meets the listing conditions stipulated by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
