Goldman Sachs: Downgrades Henderson Land Development (00012.HK) target price to 19.3 Hong Kong dollars, maintains "sell" rating.

According to the Wisdom Finance APP, Goldman Sachs issued a research report stating that the basic earnings per share forecast for Henderson Land Development (00012.HK) for the fiscal years 2025 to 2027 have been increased by 5%, decreased by 1%, and decreased by 2% respectively, to HK$1.58, HK$1.8, and HK$1.8. The dividend forecast remains unchanged at HK$1.8. The average dividend payout ratio for the next three years is expected to be around 105%, compared to an average of about 78% over the past five years. The target price has been slightly reduced by 1.5% to HK$19.3, with a maintained "sell" rating.
