Tianyancha business information shows that recently, Ant Lingbo Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhu Xing as the legal representative, registered capital of 5 million RMB. Its business scope includes research and development of intelligent robots, basic software development for artificial intelligence, application software development for artificial intelligence, and sales of intelligent robots. The equity panorama penetration chart shows that the company is wholly owned by Shanghai Ant Lingbo Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ant Group.
