Liu Xinhua, Deputy Secretary of the Leiling Municipal Committee of Hunan Province and Mayor of the Municipal People's Government, is under investigation.

The "Sanxiang Discipline" WeChat public account reported on August 21st that Liu Xinhua, Deputy Secretary of the Liuyang City Committee and Mayor of the city People's Government in Hunan Province, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He has voluntarily confessed to the organization and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Zhuzhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
