Zhitan Finance News, Yiming Pharmaceuticals (002826.SZ) announced that the company's original controlling shareholder and actual controller Gao Fan will transfer 43.86 million shares of the company's stock (23% of the total shares of the listed company) to Beijing Fuhao, with the transfer date set as August 19, 2025. After this equity change is completed, Beijing Fuhao will hold 43.86 million shares of the company (23% of the total shares of the listed company), with the controlling shareholder of the company changing from Gao Fan to Beijing Fuhao, and the actual controller changing from Gao Fan to Yao Jinbo.
