Monsoon rains in Pakistan have already caused 750 deaths.
The National Disaster Management Authority of Pakistan said on the 20th that in the past 24 hours, disasters caused by heavy monsoon rains have resulted in at least 43 deaths and 11 injuries in the country. Since the start of the monsoon season on June 26, monsoon storms have caused 750 deaths nationwide in Pakistan. According to the latest statistical report released by the National Disaster Management Authority of Pakistan, among the 43 fatalities, 20 were from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in the northwest, 11 from Sindh province in the south, 11 from Gilgit-Baltistan in the north, and 1 from Balochistan in the southwest.
