Lino Medicine Package Announcement: The company has acquired 34.0465 million shares of Suzhou Chuangyang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. through cash payment and agreement transfer from Taicang Chuangyueyin Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, Shanghai Miaoxiang Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Shanghai Shizi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiuban Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., for a total transfer price of 84 million yuan.
