Dalian Friendship: Controlling shareholder received a warning letter from Dalian Securities Regulatory Bureau.

Dalian Friendship announced on the evening of August 20 that the controlling shareholder of the company, Wuxin Investment Holdings (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., received a warning letter from the Dalian Securities Regulatory Bureau. On July 22, 2025, Wuxin Investment signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Wuhan Xinyong Investment Group Co., Ltd., Wuhan Kaisheng Economic and Trade Development Co., Ltd., and Dalian Friendship Group Co., Ltd., failing to promptly notify Dalian Friendship to fulfill its disclosure obligations. The above actions violated relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Disclosure of Information by Listed Companies". The Dalian Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take administrative supervision measures of issuing a warning letter to Wuxin Investment and record it in the capital market integrity file database.
