On August 20, 2025, Wuxi Zhenhua Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. announced the results of its shareholder reducing its holdings. Shareholder Wuxi Kangsheng Investment Partnership previously held 9.59 million shares of the company, accounting for 3.84%. On July 2, the company disclosed a reduction plan, as Wuxi Kangsheng planned to reduce its holdings by up to 2.5 million shares through centralized bidding, not exceeding 1% of the total number of company shares, due to its own capital needs. As of August 20, Wuxi Kangsheng had already reduced its holdings by 2.5 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1% of the total share capital, at a reduction price range of 31.69 - 36.05 yuan/share, with a total reduction amount of 86.731708 million yuan. This reduction plan has been completed, and currently Wuxi Kangsheng holds 7.09 million shares, accounting for 2.84%.
