Zhou Yulin, Chairman of China Automotive Research Institute, visited Changchun Automobile Testing Center for an exchange visit.

On August 20th, Zhou Yulin, the secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of China Automotive Research Institute, visited and exchanged experiences with Changchun Automobile Testing Center. Qu Weidong, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Changchun Automobile Testing Center, received and held talks with them. During the meeting, both sides signed an agreement to deepen technical cooperation.
