According to the statistics of Hohhot Customs, in the first 7 months of this year, the import and export freight volume of Erenhot Port, the largest land port between China and Mongolia, exceeded 11.28 million tons, reaching 11.28 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 3.3%, reaching a historical high for the same period. The supervision of inbound and outbound transportation tools reached 919,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 6.3%. There were 2,199 China-Europe freight trains entering and leaving, an increase of 8.2% year-on-year. Currently, the daily average number of inbound and outbound freight vehicles at the land port is about 1,000 vehicles, and the daily average number of China-Europe freight trains entering and leaving at the railway port is about 12 trains.
