The Shandong Provincial Meteorological Observatory upgraded the yellow warning for high temperatures to an orange warning at 11:00 on August 20th: On the 18th and 19th, temperatures above 35 appeared in the northwest, central, and southern regions of Shandong, with some areas reaching 40. It is expected that from the 20th to the 22nd, the highest temperatures in Liaocheng, Jinan, Zibo, Weifang, Heze, Jining, Zaozhuang, Linyi, and Rizhao will range from 37 to 39, with some areas reaching 40. Coastal areas will see temperatures between 30 and 34, while other areas will see temperatures between 35 and 36, with some areas reaching 38.
