On August 20, the Legal Department of NIO released the progress of recent actions taken to safeguard the company's rights in accordance with the law: the online accounts "Muse Gao", "Chen Shuo Technology", "Dog Brother Evaluation", "Da Bin Student" and "I am Da Bin Comrade" maliciously defamed the brand and spread false information. NIO has collected evidence and will take legal actions against the owners of the aforementioned accounts, including filing lawsuits.
