Citigroup Securities stated that the advancement of AI big model capabilities is driving the transformation of the production process and product content in the film and television industry. After the initial controversy of "AI replacing humans" in the overseas film and television industry, leading companies such as Netflix actively embrace AI, and industrial-grade AI film and television content production tools such as Runway have emerged. Domestic leading companies are actively incorporating AI into the production process, while combining their own content ecosystem to launch AI-driven micro-drama products and new features. Relevant companies are also building related capabilities through self-research or cooperation, increasing efficiency in production and outputting new products such as AIGC micro-dramas and AI comic shorts on the product side. We are optimistic about the performance increase and cost savings brought by AI applications to related companies in the industry.
