Guterres calls for action to protect humanitarian workers.

August 19th is World Humanitarian Day. UN Secretary-General Guterres delivered a video message on that day, saying that humanitarian workers are the last lifeline for over 300 million people worldwide trapped in conflict or disaster, and he called for action to protect humanitarian workers.
