Dongjie Intelligent Announcement: The company's controlling shareholder, Zibo Jiangtuhengsong Holdings Co., Ltd., has received a notice from Zibo Zhanheng Hongsong Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise. The limited partner of Zibo Zhanheng, Zibo City Finance and Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd., intends to transfer its 99% fund shares of Zibo Zhanheng. This matter may result in a change of the company's actual controller. Currently, the relevant transaction scheme is still under demonstration and negotiation, and relevant agreements have not been signed. The company's stock will be suspended from trading from August 20, 2025, for a period of no more than 2 trading days.
