New Software Announcement: Shareholders OCIL, AL, and CEL, as concerted actions, plan to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding by no more than 2.629 million shares and block trades by no more than 5.2579 million shares from September 10th to December 9th, 2025, totaling not more than 2% of the company's total capital. Kunshan Ivy plans to divest no more than 3.3244 million shares, accounting for 1.2645%; Shanghai Ivy plans to divest no more than 610,700 shares, accounting for 0.2323%; Rizhao Ivy plans to divest no more than 407,100 shares, accounting for 0.1549%; Shanghai Dianju plans to divest no more than 2.629 million shares, accounting for 1%.
