The General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province issued the "Guangdong Province Policies and Measures for Promoting High-Quality Development of Commercial Aerospace (2025-2028)", which proposes support for satellite constellation construction. Support will be provided for enterprises to invest in and construct satellite constellations for civil and commercial purposes, offering a "green channel" for project application approval, and coordinating and guaranteeing satellite frequency and orbit resources. Enterprises are encouraged to develop satellite networks and constellation construction in Guangdong, and local governments are encouraged to increase support and investment in satellite constellation construction. For enterprises that successfully network and operate, relevant provincial departments will further study and support measures such as post-project incentives to strengthen and improve industry market competitiveness, promote the development of related industrial clusters and innovation ecosystems.
