Yushu Technology announces a new patent that can enhance the ability of robots to operate in complex environments.
The Tianyancha App shows that on August 19th, the patent for the "Dynamic Spatio-temporal Synchronization Mapping Method and System Based on Multi-sensor Data Fusion" applied by Hangzhou Yushu Technology Co., Ltd. was published. The abstract indicates that this invention belongs to the field of environmental perception technology. Existing mapping solutions based on multi-sensor data have not considered the spatio-temporal deviations between sensor data, resulting in insufficient spatio-temporal synchronization when fusing sensor data, thus affecting the accuracy of map construction. The dynamic spatio-temporal synchronization mapping method based on multi-sensor data fusion in this invention involves building modules for point cloud distortion correction, sensor time alignment, dynamic object perception, and multi-map fusion. This effectively solves the problem of insufficient spatio-temporal synchronization during multi-sensor data fusion, significantly improving the spatial registration accuracy of point clouds and images, enhancing the mapping results of dynamic scenes, enabling robots to accurately identify and track dynamic targets, and enhancing the autonomous operation capabilities of robots in complex environments.
