This MTN program is guaranteed by CITIC Securities International. According to the maturity of existing notes and the practical needs of business development, the issuer, CSI MTN Limited, issued three notes under the MTN program on August 15th and 18th, 2025, with a total issuance amount of 20.5 million US dollars. After this issuance, the principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the MTN program totals 3.279 billion US dollars.
