"Shaanxi Province Retail Pharmacy launches the 'One Thing' system online."

According to the Shaanxi Provincial Drug Administration, Huilong Pharmaceutical Chain Co., Ltd. in Ankang City recently submitted materials through the government service platform and completed all licenses at one time. This is the first case in Shaanxi Province of a retail pharmacy opening business "in one go" through online processing. In the past, when companies handled the opening of retail pharmacies, it involved multiple business activities at both the city and county levels, including drug operation permits, third-class medical device operation permits, second-class medical device operation filing, pre-packaged food filing, and outdoor sign establishment regulations. Companies had to go through multiple departments, submit materials repeatedly in different business systems, which was time-consuming and laborious. To tackle this issue, the Provincial Drug Administration, following the deployment of the State Council and the provincial government to "efficiently accomplish one thing," collaborated with the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, and the Provincial Data and Government Service Bureau to promote the online operation of the "one-stop shop" system for opening retail pharmacies, piloting in Baoji and Ankang. The relevant person in charge of the Provincial Drug Administration stated that through optimizing business processes, consolidating business materials, connecting business systems, and strengthening data sharing, the Shaanxi Province retail pharmacy opening "one-stop shop" system could reasonably collect and process multiple related "single-item tasks," compressing application materials by 40% and shortening processing time by over 50%, achieving "one-time notification, one-form application, one set of materials, one-window acceptance, one-time inspection, and one-online processing." In the next step, the Provincial Drug Administration will promote this system throughout the province, comprehensively improving the quality and efficiency of government services in the field of pharmaceuticals.
