Shelling hits a refugee camp in western Sudan, resulting in 31 deaths.

On August 16th local time, the Sudanese civilian organization "Sudanese Doctors Network" issued a statement stating that the Abu Shouk refugee camp in North Darfur State, western Sudan, was hit by shelling that day, resulting in the deaths of 31 civilians and 13 others injured.
