In July, the construction area of real estate development enterprises was 638,731,000 square meters, a decrease of 9.2% year-on-year. Among them, the residential construction area was 445,107,000 square meters, a decrease of 9.4%. The new construction area of houses was 35,206,000 square meters, a decrease of 19.4%. Among them, the new construction area of residential houses was 25,881,000 square meters, a decrease of 18.3%. The completion area of houses was 25,034,000 square meters, a decrease of 16.5%. Among them, the completion area of residential houses was 18,067,000 square meters, a decrease of 17.3%.
