Shanghai's old foreign house with a unit price of 430,000 yuan per square meter was withdrawn from auction. It was a filming location for "The Family" and "Thirty Something".
On August 14th at 10:00, an independent garden villa in Lane 532, Yuyuan Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai with a starting price of 150 million yuan and a unit price of about 43,000 yuan per square meter ended its listing auction on the Alibaba auction platform without any bids. The villa, built in 1924, is an excellent historical preservation building and has been used for filming popular TV dramas such as "An Jia" and "Nothing But Thirty". The auction house is currently communicating with the seller about a second listing. The building complex is named "Liu Lin Bieye" and contains multiple independent garden residences with clear property rights, but falls within the scope of Shanghai's restricted purchase of commercial housing. Analysis suggests that there are few buyers in the current market for old Western-style houses, and properties with high discounts are more popular.
