The US Treasury Secretary, Bernstein, reiterated his commitment to push for a ban on individual stock trading.

United States Treasury Secretary Scott Bezent said that the current proposal regarding a ban on stock trading is not "perfect." "I will start pushing for the ban on individual stock trading," he said. He stated that the restrictions on related transactions have been extended to the Treasury Department.
