Wanda Information: Harmony Health Insurance's shareholding ratio has dropped to below 5%

Wanda Information announced that Harmony Health Insurance sold 14.1159 million A-shares of the company through bulk trading on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from August 6th to August 11th, 2025, accounting for 0.979843% of the total share capital of the listed company. After this equity change, Harmony Health Insurance's shareholding ratio decreased from 5.979841% to 4.999998%. Harmony Health Insurance does not rule out the possibility of further reducing its holdings in the next 12 months.
