Ministry of Commerce: launches final review investigation on anti-dumping measures applicable to imported single-mode optical fibers originating from India.

According to Article 48 of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce has decided to conduct a final review investigation on the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported single-mode optical fibers originating in India, starting from August 14, 2025. Based on the recommendation of the Ministry of Commerce, the Tariff Commission of the State Council has decided to continue levying anti-dumping duties on imported single-mode optical fibers originating in India in accordance with the tax scope and rate announced in the Ministry of Commerce's Announcement No. 56 of 2014 and Announcement No. 29 of 2020 during the period of the final review investigation of the anti-dumping measures. The dumping investigation period for this review is from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025, and the industry damage investigation period is from January 1, 2021 to March 31, 2025.
