Zhixin finance and economics APP news, Zhongzheng International (00943.HK) announced that the number of shares issued for the rights issue is 573 million shares. As of 4:00 pm on August 12, 2025 (Tuesday), a total of 17 valid acceptances for 474 million shares of the rights issue were received, accounting for approximately 82.7% of all the rights issue shares. Therefore, 98.8864 million shares of the rights issue were not fully subscribed, accounting for approximately 17.3% of all the rights issue shares, and these shares will be subject to compensation arrangement restrictions.
