Robotech announced that its controlling shareholder, Yuan Jiesheng, has conducted stock pledged repurchase transactions, pledging 1.85 million shares, accounting for 4.66% of its holdings and 1.10% of the company's total share capital. At the same time, the original pledged stock repurchase transaction was redeemed and the pledge of 1.96 million shares, accounting for 4.94% of its holdings and 1.17% of the company's total share capital. Yuan Jiesheng has pledged a total of 7.95 million shares, accounting for 20.05% of its total holdings in the company and 4.74% of the company's total share capital.
