Global Logistics Group (08063.HK) has received a demand letter from JSM requesting the repayment of the full amount of HK$102 million under the loan agreement.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Global Da Tong Group (08063.HK) announced that the company has received a letter of demand (JSM Demand Letter) from the legal advisor of the creditor on August 11, 2025, requesting immediate full repayment of the outstanding amount under the loan financing granted to the company by the creditor, as the company failed to repay the accrued interest according to the repayment schedule agreed in the loan agreement. The JSM Demand Letter further stated that the trading of the company's shares has been suspended since February 19, 2025, and Mr. Zhang has ceased to act as an executive director of the company since November 13, 2024, triggering a default event under the loan agreement.
