Wen Yuan Zhi Xing: Company CEO Han Xu was invited to join the Singapore Autonomous Vehicle Steering Committee.

On August 12th, autonomous driving technology company WeRide (NASDAQ: WRD) announced that its founder and CEO, Han Xu, has been invited by the Singapore government to join the Singapore Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Committee, participating in the development of future national policies, operational standards, and technology roadmap for AVs in Singapore. It is reported that the AV Committee was officially established by the Singapore Ministry of Transport on July 31st, aiming to coordinate the safe and steady implementation of AV technology in Singapore. WeRide and Waymo are the only two overseas companies invited to join the committee.
