Russia claims to control a certain settlement, while Ukraine says they are actively defending it.

On the 11th, the Russian Ministry of Defense released a war report stating that in the past day, the Russian military had taken control of the village of Luhans'ke in the Donetsk region. Russian army units continue to attack Ukrainian forces in multiple directions such as Sumy, Kharkiv, and Donetsk. Russian tactical aviation, attack drones, missile units and artillery units destroyed Ukrainian long-range drone assembly and storage areas, ammunition depots, as well as temporary deployment points of Ukrainian troops and foreign mercenaries. Ukrainian President Zelensky stated on the same day that in the past 24 hours, there were 137 intense exchanges of fire on the front line, and Ukrainian forces are actively defending and achieving results on all fronts. The Ukrainian National Security Bureau reported that Ukrainian long-range drones had conducted strikes on the Arzamas Instrument-Making Plant located in the Russian region of Nizhny Novgorod. Ukraine stated that this plant is an important supply source for key components of Russian cruise missiles.
