China Meteorological Administration adjusts the release of Level III emergency response for heavy rain.

On August 2nd, the China Meteorological Administration adjusted the level III emergency response for major meteorological disasters to level III: Typhoon "Bamboo Joint Grass" was discontinued at 23:00 on August 1st. According to the latest forecast from the Central Meteorological Observatory, it is expected that from August 2nd to 6th, there will be more rainfall in northwest, north China, northeast, Inner Mongolia, and heavy rainfall in Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangsu and other places, with high risk of disasters caused by heavy rain. After comprehensive assessment and emergency consultations, the China Meteorological Administration adjusted the level III emergency response for major meteorological disasters to level III. Provincial meteorological bureaus in Beijing, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Jiangsu, Anhui, Guangdong, Guangxi, Tibet, Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia and other provinces will initiate or adjust corresponding emergency responses based on actual assessment.
