Myanmar declared that towns and townships in some states and regions will enter a 90-day state of emergency.

According to reports from CCTV News, the Defense and Security Council of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has issued an order to declare a state of emergency in certain townships of some provinces for a period of 90 days in order to suppress armed violence and effectively maintain peace, security, and the rule of law in the relevant regions, in accordance with relevant provisions of the constitution.
