The proposal calls for immediate action by all citizens of the city to install screen doors and windows in their homes, repair damaged areas in a timely manner, and try to keep doors and windows closed in the evening and early morning, or use screen windows for ventilation. It is recommended to use mosquito nets when sleeping, especially for vulnerable groups such as children and the elderly. It advocates that landlords of rental properties in the city actively install screen doors, windows, and other mosquito prevention facilities for tenants to jointly maintain a healthy community environment.
