Eternal Technology announced that the company has signed a share transfer agreement. Fu Wenchang will transfer 36 million shares of the company held by him to Guangzhou Wanjiang Communication Technology Co., Ltd. The transfer price is 6.336 yuan per share, with a total consideration of 228 million yuan. After the transfer is completed, Fu Wenchang's shareholding ratio will decrease to 2.68%. The purpose of this share transfer is to optimize the company's equity structure, introduce new investors, improve corporate governance, and promote the healthy development of the company.
