In the first half of 2025, Zhejiang Province completed water conservancy investment of 42 billion yuan, achieving the highest level in history for the same period, with major water conservancy projects accounting for 24.8 billion yuan of the total. Investment in water conservancy management industry saw a growth rate of 17%, making it one of the fastest growing sectors in infrastructure investment in the province.
