The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has issued detailed regulations on the preparation of design documents for municipal public works.

In order to further implement the "Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Engineering" and the "Regulations on Survey and Design Management of Construction Engineering", to ensure the design quality of municipal public works, promote the high-quality development of the municipal public works industry, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has organized relevant units to formulate the "Regulations on the Depth of Preparation of Design Documents for Municipal Public Works", which will be implemented from October 1, 2025. The "Notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the Issuance of Regulations on the Depth of Preparation of Design Documents for Municipal Public Works" is hereby abolished.
