On July 31, the Ministry of Transport held a mid-year work conference for 2025. The meeting emphasized the need to accelerate the construction of the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network, speed up the construction of major projects, make good use of various financial support policies, serve the implementation of major national strategies, and plan a batch of major projects. We must deepen the cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement of transportation logistics, deepen the adjustment of transportation structure and the development of multimodal transport, accelerate the pilot projects of domestic transportation logistics major channels, deepen the integration of transportation logistics and related industries, promote large-scale equipment renewal and green low-carbon transformation in transportation. We must cultivate and strengthen new productive forces in the field of transportation, strengthen major scientific and technological research, vigorously develop smart transportation, and lead industrial innovation with technological innovation.
