Dashing: Intend to acquire 30% equity of Thailand Far East for 4.05 billion Thai baht.

Dashing announcement, the company plans to acquire 10% of the equity of Thailand Far East International Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. held by Xiamen Jiteli Trading Co., Ltd. and 20% of the equity of Thailand Far East International held by Far East Zhongqian Technology Group Co., Ltd., totaling 30% of Thailand Far East's equity, with a transaction consideration of 204 million Thai baht. At the same time, Thai Far East's shareholders plan to increase capital by 670 million Thai baht according to the proportion of equity, of which the company plans to subscribe to 201 million Thai baht of registered capital at 1 Thai baht per registered capital. The total amount of this investment in equity transfer and capital increase subscription is 405 million Thai baht.
